Snowland Cancellation policy

For a canceled visit, Lumimaa retains 100% of the payment.

Visit cancellation conditions

In the event of a cancellation, Lumimaa/Snowland has the right to charge as follows:

Small groups (less than 50 people)

  • Free cancellation: no later than 21 days before the event

  • 50% payment: cancellation 20-15 days before the event

  • 100% payment: cancellation 14-0 days before the event

Medium-sized groups (50-150 people)

  • Free cancellation: no later than 45 days before the event

  • 50% payment: cancellation 44-15 days before the event

  • 100% payment: cancellation 14-0 days before the event

Large groups (more than 151 people)

  • Free cancellation: no later than 75 days before the event

  • 50% payment: cancellation 74-30 days before the event

  • 100% payment: cancellation 29-0 days before the event

Dinner cancellation policy

Thank you for the season – see you again in winter! We will reopen in December 2026.
Our online booking will open around September–October 2026.
